BARRE + STRETCH
Our Signature Barre Class is a mind-body workout, inspired by the original form of Barre, “The Lotte Berk Method”, combining Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga movements to create a long, lean physique.
Classes are non-impact and are perfect for those brand new to barre and those who have been clients for years.
We are very specific in our teaching so that every client, no matter their level, will be challenged.
